  • Best Buy - Program managed returns facility build-out encompassing People, Process, and Technology across two new sites, 2 corporate locations processing over $1B in returns in the first year.

  • AM Retail Group - Successfully Program and Organizational Change managed a retail merger and system integration combing Wilsons Leather and G.H. Bass across 156 locations 4 months ahead of schedule saving $4M

  • SEBrands - Rescue/Revive failing POS Implementation to include Program, Project, and Change Management assisting Brand president to turn around and successfully implement within 6 mo.

  • Regis Corp. - Program and Organizational Change stand up a corporate and franchise loyalty program for 7500 locations developing a loyalty platform across Mobile, Web, Email, and POS.

  • SuperValu / Regis Corp. / Inspire Brands - Program managed labor management initiative integrating 3rd party applications with corporate systems. Each initiative started with helping senior leadership model a future labor plan to drive costs down in their field locations.
